Hi Everyone!

You have to watch the translations at the bottom. I backed it up a few times to catch everything but WOW what a very inspiring video. Great reminder how Giving to others (or Helping them) can make such an impression & CHANGE lives. It doesn't have to be really much. Sometimes it is just a smile or listening to someone when they need it or holding a door open for someone. You may not realize how much it meant to the person receiving it at the time, yet it could be the most significant act to them. Try to find some way you can give each day. Research shows just doing the act of giving is beneficial to your well-being.

I came across this video of a disabled Veteran today. It doesn't matter what your goal is, health, academic, business etc., just take it step by step, moment by moment! You will hit bumps in the road, detours and temporary slow downs but don't give up. Hope this inspires you.

Welcome Everyone!

I decided to start this blog to keep my inspirations in one place so I can come to them from time to time when I need a bit of inspiration. I have been so blessed to be inspire by so many amazing people. Some of them I have known in my life, family, friends, teachers, colleagues, students, and children. Others, I have not known, a random person I see in my life or people who have walked this beautiful planet long before I was here. They have inspired me with their original thoughts, sharing others words and even by their actions.

I know I would not be as blessed as I am today if it was not for all the Inspiration I have received over the years. I hope I have been and can continue to Inspire others as well. I am creating this blog not only so I can visit it from time to time for some Inspiration reminders but certainly to share with others. I hope you will find them helpful.
